Well popes are still human and can be subject to temptation from the devil. The holier the person the more the devil tempts them. I don't know if they all went to heaven.
As part of those colonized countries I can say there were corrupt priests definitely. Same with other religions or those who don't have any. However what I can say is, having the presence of God and Mama Mary in our life is the best feeling and experience ever. ❤️ 🙏
