Is it scary though? I've never read a scary book, but that's the thing I can't quite wrap my head around. With a movie there are those visuals that kind of stick in your head and creep you out for days or weeks after. I just don't see that happening as much with a book. Maybe I just need to read one and see, but I feel like there is some kind of separation between the two formats.

it's scary. the visuals in my head kept me a bit nervous at night, which is silly because I am not a child and I know that ghosts aren't really in my room.
