Rayuela plantea un estilo diferente de leer y construir una historia y dándonos varias opciones, que nos plantea el mismo escritor al darnos una opción lineal de lectura del capítulo 1 al 56 y otra opción que plantea una seguidilla que va desde el capítulo 73 y saltando la rayuela. Incluso se dice que hay muchas más formas de leer rayuela apartando el hecho que deliberadamente el autor obvia el capítulo 55. Realmente estamos ante un juego de estilos o un genio literario que nos brinda la oportunidad de leer de formas distintas una historia.

"Rayuela" habla de la historia de un intelectual llamado “Horacio Oliveira” quien mantiene una relación algo dispareja con Lucía quien se nos presenta en el libro como “La Maga” una uruguaya quien tiene un bebé que no es del Sr. Horacio. Este posee un club llamado “El Club de la Serpiente” donde comparte con otros amigos intelectuales temas de literatura, arte, música y otros temas de profundidad fácilmente manejados por los miembros del club pero difíciles de entender o abordar para la maga. Aquí se transcurren varios hechos que van llevando a esta historia un sentido concreto de cómo es la personalidad de cada uno y cómo llevan el amor entre estas dos personas notablemente diferentes. Una de las partes del libro que impacta es como el hijo de la maga fallece tras estar enfermo y todo esto se desenvuelve mientras ocurre una discusión entre Horacio, la maga y un pretendiente de ella, esta parte se muestra en el libro como una representación de la muerte y como cada personaje siente es realidad de formas tan distintas en donde Horacio hasta plantea problemas legales de aquel hecho. Este libro (para no describirlo y hacer más referencias importantes) tiene un contenido excelente para no solo leer sino reflexionar. La segunda forma de como se muestra el libro comienza desde Argentina donde ya se encuentra separado de la maga y entre tantas cosas, hechos y trabajo Horacio toma decisiones difíciles con respecto a su vida. Entre estas cosas las consideraciones tomadas para este review serán básicas ya que el libro te da herramientas claras y te adentra en un mundo increíble de opciones, que son: 1. ¿Cuál es la temática del libro? 2. Ritmo de la historia. 3. ¿qué representa Rayuela para Cortázar? Leer este libro más allá de ser recomendado es estar preparado para leerlo y abordarlo con criterio.

El libro muestra el amor de dos personas y sus diferencias, en ella también se plantean ciertas situaciones y pensamientos individuales; en ella se muestra las diferencias de la intelectualidad y de como se mira desde diferentes perspectivas el amor, la muerte y la vida. Es difícil seguir refiriéndose a varios aspectos del libro ya que caeríamos en más bien un análisis en profundidad y la idea es dar un epitome que proponga la inquietud de querer leer el libro sin que este review muestre partes muy importantes aunque ya se han hecho algunos.

Cada parte se representa como una historia en sí mismo donde incluso y deliberadamente no nos da el capítulo 55, esto para personas que deben seguir cada paso de algo les podría dar ansiedad, puesto que no se sabe si ese capítulo existe o es solo parte de ese juego literario de la rayuela.

"Julio Cortázar" es un escritor de nacionalidad Argentina pero que nace en Viena, pero a su corta edad y luego de varias localidades donde vivió en Europa llega a Argentina vive una temporada y se establece en Francia en 1981. Es un escritor dinámico, algunos tal vez lo consideran abstracto, a mi parecer es solo un ser que se dejaba llevar por la magia de la escritura. Es un maestro del cuento, la poesía y la prosa escritor de “cuentos de cronopios y famas” uno de sus libros más conocidos y un orador excelente.
