Good afternoon readers! I'll tell you about the second part of Kingdom of the wicked: Kingdom of the cursed by Kerri Maniscalco ♥
🔮 In this story we continue the adventures of Emilia an Italian witch in the late 19th century with her companion (read enemies to lovers) the Prince of Hell Wrath (Wrath, one of the deadly sins). While the first book is set on the earthly plane in its second part we find ourselves in another scenario (I will not say which, for powerful spoiler) that makes everything more interesting than ever. Many mysteries are revealed and new characters are also introduced but I felt that they never got to deepen, so I would like them to make a spin off for example (there is a lot of fabric to cut). Another point, is that this sequel gets much more New Adult 🔥than ever, unlike the first book this one becomes more explicit in the style of our Sarah J. Maas🛐, welcome!, another issue was Emilia's overwhelming attitude at times, she became very indecisive but still kept a well empowered woman role (up women!-lease as a meme).
🔮Compared to the first book it doesn't manage to surpass it for my taste, although it is still addictive and one can't stop reading it, since there are so many nails left to be tied and the book slowly (very) solves the main puzzle. Lastly, to highlight that ending, how are you going to leave me like that, with my heart in my hand, how cruel!
🔮🔥If you want a light read of fantasy, romance, enemies to lovers, demons and witches (combination bomb) this is a good book to clear your mind and lose yourself in this world♥

Buenas buenas lectorxs! Les comento sobre la segunda parte de Kingdom of the wicked: Kingdom of the cursed de Kerri Maniscalco ♥
🔮 En esta historia continuamos las aventuras de Emilia una bruja italiana de fines del siglo XIX con su compañero (lease enemies to lovers) el Príncipe del Infierno Wrath (Ira, uno de los pecados capitales). Si bien el primer libro se sitúa en el plano terrenal en su segunda parte nos encontramos en otro escenario (no diré cual, por potente spoiler) que hace todo más interesante que nunca. Se van revelando muchos misterios y también se van introduciendo nuevos personajes pero sentí que nunca se llegaban a profundizar, así que me gustaría que hagan un spin off por ejemplo (hay mucha tela por cortar). Otro punto, es que esta continuación se pone mucho más New Adult 🔥 que nunca, a diferencia del primer libro este se vuelve más explícito al estilo de nuestra Sarah J. Maas🛐, bienvenido sea!, otra cuestión fue la agobiante actitud de Emilia por momentos, se volvía muy indecisa pero aun así mantenía un rol bien de mujer empoderada (arriba las mujeres!-lease como meme).
🔮En comparación con el primero libro no logra sobrepasarlo para mi gusto, aunque si sigue siendo adictivo y una no puede parar de leerlo, ya que quedan tantos clavos por atar y el libro de a poco (muy) va resolviendo el puzzle principal. Por último, destacar ese final, ¡cómo me vas a dejar así, con el corazón en la mano! ¡Qué crueldad!
🔮🔥Si quieren una lectura ligera de fantasía, romance, enemies to lovers, demonios y brujas (bomba de combinación) este es un buen libro para despejar la mente y perderse en este mundo♥
