Something unusual, very important and representative to understand this plot is that Rosa Elvira from a very young age was able to see, through a crack in the door, how her parents initiated the sexual act until the end. Continuing with the events of La Guaira, she learns that the boy worked stealing vehicles, obviously in an illegal way, however, the girl did not understand any of that. They decided to get married, but her parents were looking for her because she had disappeared and no one knew of her whereabouts, when the aunt found out that they had married she told the girl that the young man was married and had a son, obviously he was a bigamist. The aunt filed a complaint and he was arrested and charged with the crime of car theft.
She forgot about him, continued to live her crazy life, many men repeated over and over again orgies between many couples. At one point she had an accident on a motorcycle with another friend, both accompanied by a couple. They went down a ravine and were left battered. After recovery she invited her friend to Aunt Katy, where she fell in love with her friend. She then met a very special person for her who according to her they were in love, and of course there was sexual intercourse between them.
She continued her life of mischief, and had many opportunities getting a considerable amount of money, which she squandered between vices and drugs. Then she legally appropriates a motorcycle, physically to develop activities of a dream of being an actress. In her wanderings she had an accident and lost her life as a joke.
She was hospitalized in a clinic and fell in love with a doctor, who attended her. When it was time to be discharged, she had difficulties to pay and did not have enough money to do so. For which she had lawsuits with the doctor threatening her, and the doctor threatened to denounce her to the authorities for the misdeeds she had been committing. There was a moment when she thought of murdering the doctor and so she did. For this she was accused and taken to jail.

Trata de la historia de una jovencita, sus padres se van vivir a Caracas junto con ella, luego del derrocamiento del dictador Marcos Pérez Jiménez. Del mismo modo se destaca otros relatos de muchachas que nos muestra la autora donde se ve una estructura social podrida en sus bases sociales.
Revela como esta chica, Rosa Elvira, salida de la cárcel nos relata todo buen tramado de fechorías cometidos por ella, donde se destacan orgías y lesbianismo. Puntualmente la autora muestra los desmanes de una sociedad en decadencia, y es sumamente alarmante, que en aquellos tiempos hubiese tanta depravación como se destaca en el libro. Precisamente porque fue o es una historia de la vida real.
La cantidad de aberraciones, la promiscuidad, el consumo de sustancias ilícitas o estupefacientes son las tramas que transversalizan todo el libro. Vemos como esta chica inició a aventurarse en estas circunstancias tan terribles desde aproximadamente los 11 años de edad. Se destaca que se le brindaron varias oportunidades, sin embargo, no tienen elementos morales suficientemente establecido para de algún modo garantizar la estabilidad emocional y social que requería aquella muchacha.
Le ofrecieron hacer una película, y no tuvo oportunidad de lograr ese cometido, dado que se encontró con una persona preparada en el tráfico sexual, y otro tipo de aberraciones. La especialista que ella misma comenta es una persona de 45 años que vive ese tipo de vida ofreciéndole damas, jovencitas y hasta actrices internacionales.
Hubo una oportunidad en la trama de preparar a Rosa Elvira para que fuera una actriz mexicana, para vender su cuerpo. Había mucha gente sobre todo hombres pudientes y adinerados, que pagaban una cantidad de dinero suficiente para la época por ser acompañado y tener sexo con estas jovencitas.
Algo inusual, muy importante y representativo para entender esta trama es que Rosa Elvira desde muy pequeña pudo ver, a través de rendilla en la puerta, cómo iniciaban sus padres el acto sexual hasta el final. Relata y da especificaciones de lo que ocurría en aquel cuarto. Hasta mostraba la insatisfacción que sentía su madre al estar en esos menesteres con su padre.
Cuando llegó a Caracas acompañada de sus padres, en el poco tiempo que tenía fue invitada a una fiesta, allí se enamoró de un joven y en la misma noche tuvieron sexo, la muchacha desapareció y fue a una residencia ubicada en la Guaira, allí conoció a una señora de nombre Katy, la cual tenía una vida muy libertina. Aconteció que allí tuvo sexo con esa tía del joven. Pero el joven nunca se enteró de tales acontecimientos, ocurrió en varias ocasiones.
Es importante destacar que la autora del libro es la misma protagonista de los hechos que narra. Siguiendo con los hechos de la Guaira se entera que el muchacho trabajaba desvalijando vehículos, obvio de una manera ilegal, sin embargo, la muchacha no entendía nada de eso. Decidieron casarse, pero los padres andaban buscándola porque había desaparecido y nadie sabía de su paradero, cuando la tía se enteró que se habían casado le dijo a la muchacha que el joven era casado y tenía un hijo, obviamente era bígamo. La tía puso la denuncia y fue apresado y señalado por los hechos del desvalijamiento de vehículos.
Ella se olvidó de él, siguió viviendo su vida loca, muchísimos hombres se repetía una y otra vez las orgías entre muchas parejas. Llegó un momento en que tuvo un accidente en motocicleta con otra amiga, acompañada ambas de una pareja. Se fueron por un barranco y quedaron maltrechas. Luego de la recuperación invitó a su amiga para que la tía Katy, donde ella se enamoró de su amiga. Luego conoció a una persona muy especial para ella que según estaban enamoradas, y por supuesto había relaciones sexuales entre ellas.
Ella continúo su vida de desmanes, y tuvo muchas oportunidades consiguiendo una cantidad de dinero bien considerable, la cual despilfarró entre vicios y drogas. Luego se apropia de una moto legalmente, físicamente para desarrollar actividades de un sueño de ser actriz. En sus andanzas tuvo un accidente y de broma pierde la vida.
Estuvo hospitalizada en una clínica y se enamoró de una doctora, la cual la atendía. Cuando llegó la hora de salir de alta tuvo dificultades para pagar y no tenía el dinero suficiente para ello. Para lo cual tuvo pleitos con la doctora amenazándola, así mismo la doctora hizo lo propio amenazándola con denunciarla a las autoridades por la fechorías que venía cometiendo. Hubo un momento que pensó en asesinar a la doctora y así lo hizo. Por eso fue acusada y llevada a la cárcel.
