Previously, I had shared a book associated with the Wellness of our emotions. Today I come with a quite different genre of book loaded with a lot of passion and love, the same is titled as: Before December by the writer Joana Marcús. Personally, I love these types of stories to such an extent that I don't stop and I want to finish them fast. I hope you like this short review and you can encourage you to read it.
Anteriormente, había compartido un libro asociado al Bienestar de nuestras emociones. Hoy vengo con un género de libro bastante diferente cargado de mucha pasión y amor, la misma está titulada como: Antes de Diciembre de la escritora Joana Marcús. En lo personal, estos tipos de historias me encantan a tal punto de que no me detengo y quiero terminarlos rápido. Espero y te agrade esta corta reseña y te puedas animar a leerlo.

What is it about?
This book was published on November 11 of last year, 2021. Also, it is only 496 pages long (28 chapters), which makes it an easy read for me. For context, the main characters of the young adult novel are Jenna and Jack Ross. Secondary characters include Will and Sue, who are Ross's roommates. For his part, you will also find Mike, Ross's brother. And Naya, who is Jenna's roommate.
Este libro fue publicado el 11 de Noviembre del año pasado, 2021. Asimismo, la misma cuenta con tan solo 496 páginas (28 capítulos), lo cual, lo hace un libro fácil de leer para mí. Para entrar en contexto, los personajes principales de la novela juvenil son: Jenna y Jack Ross. Entre los personajes secundarios están: Will y Sue, quienes son compañeros de piso de Ross. Por su parte, encontrarás también a Mike, hermano de Ross. Y Naya, quien es compañera de habitación de Jenna.
Now, this fascinating story begins with Jenna, who is characterized as an insecure girl who begins her first year of college away from all her family, friends and boyfriend, as we turn the pages we will realize the agreement in which Jenna and her boyfriend Monty have agreed to maintain a completely open relationship, although the protagonist is not very convinced, however, in the end she accepts. Personally, it would have been easier to end the four-month relationship and go their separate ways. But anyway, this made it more interesting for me. Next, after a while, Jenna starts to be attracted to a guy named Jack Ross, who is the best friend of her roommate's boyfriend (Naya), luckily, the guy also liked Jenna, but she knows that in December everything will be back to normal with their toxic relationship, or so Jenna thought before she had the opportunity to meet Ross, a completely loving guy.
Ahora bien, esta fascinante historia comienza con Jenna, quien se caracteriza por ser una chica insegura que empieza su primer año de universidad alejada de toda su familia, amigos y novio, a medida que pasemos las páginas nos daremos cuenta del acuerdo en el que Jenna y su novio Monty han quedado que es mantener una relación completamente abierta, aunque la protagonista no le convence mucho, sin embargo, al final acepta. En lo personal, hubiese sido más fácil terminar la relación de cuatro meses y cada quien por su lado. Pero en fin, esto lo hizo más interesante para mí. Seguidamente, después de un tiempo, Jenna empieza a llamarle la atención un chico llamado Jack Ross, quien es el mejor amigo del novio de su compañera de habitación (Naya), por suerte, el chico también le agradaba Jenna, pero ella sabe que en diciembre todo volverá entre comillas a la normalidad con su relación tóxica o eso era lo que pensaba Jenna antes de darse la oportunidad de conocer a Ross un chico completamente cariñoso.
I would not like to mention some scenes that were relevant in the novel so you can surprise yourself with the reading (this time there will be no spoilers in the review) As we read we discover how the love story of Jenna and Jack unfolds, a healthy and very nice relationship, although we will observe some moments of great tension in both, since Jenna must stay away from Monty forever, in order to have a loving relationship with the enchanted Jack. Finally, if you love this type of book genre, I recommend this one with my eyes closed.
No me gustaría mencionar algunas escenas que fueron relevantes en la novela y así tú mismo puedas sorprenderte con la lectura (esta vez no habrá spoilers en la reseña) A medida que vamos leyendo descubrimos como se va desenvolviendo la historia de amor de Jenna y Jack, una relación sana y muy bonita, aunque vamos a observar algunos momentos de muchísima tensión en ambos, ya que, Jenna debe alejarse de Monty para siempre, para así tener una relación amorosa con el encantado Jack. Por último, si te encanta este tipo de género de libros, sin duda este te lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.
