Hola a todos, siguiendo un poco con las colecciones, hoy les vengo a compartir una pequeña colección de 4 libros muy interesantes que no solo tienen historias curiosas, sino que tienen esos datos y enseñanzas curiosas para cada día meter algo de conocimiento a la mente. En esta ocasión, estos libros son por parte de la editorial Santillana y fueron distribuidos en el año 2006 de manera gratuita para todo el público por parte del Ministerio de Educación y la famosa biblioteca Robinson.
Among these, I have four; we have varied topics, such as "Healing Lands, Healing Plants," which gives us information about the medicinal properties of various plants, some anecdotes about people and how they applied their various uses, as well as, for example, peppermint treatments for shingles, giving a wide variety of tips and recipes.
En estos tenemos 4 que poseo; tenemos temas variados como "Tierras que sanan, plantas que curan", donde nos da información sobre las propiedades medicinales de las diversas plantas, algunas anécdotas de personas y cómo aplicaban los diversos usos, así como, por ejemplo, los tratos de la hierbabuena para la llamada culebrilla, dando tips y recetas muy variadas.
There is also "Trades that make the country", where we are told a short story where different people tell us about their trades and the arts that each one brings with them, from barbering to sewing and much more, showing the importance of each profession no matter what it is and how each person from their perspective gives it their own touch.This book, from my point of view, is the one I like the most, as it's perfect for sharing with children and for them to enjoy, as it's a fun read and follows this story very well between characters and their jobs.
También está "Oficios que hacen país", donde nos cuenta un pequeño relato donde diversas personas van contando sus oficios y las artes que traen consigo cada una, desde barbería hasta costura y mucho más, mostrando la importancia de cada profesión sin importar cuál sea y cómo cada quien desde su perspectiva le da su toque. Este libro, desde mi punto de vista, es el que más me gusta, ya que es perfecto para compartir con niños y que estos disfruten, ya que es una lectura divertida y que sigue muy bien esta historia entre personajes con sus oficios.
The book "Scenes to Remember" tells us about the importance of literature, music, and those iconic film scenes with the country's most renowned writers, through the lens of cameras and the years. It covers everything from the man on the moon to the novels we've enjoyed by Rómulo Gallegos. This book, like the others, includes short sections with important historical facts, such as, for example, the first television in Venezuela.
El libro "Escenas para recordar" nos habla sobre la importancia de la literatura, la música y esas escenas emblemáticas del cine con sus escritores más reconocidos del país a través de lo que son las cámaras y los años. Abarca desde el hombre en la luna, así como las novelas que hemos podido disfrutar de Rómulo Gallegos. Así mismo, en ese libro, como en los demás, trae pequeños apartados con datos importantes de historia, como lo es, por ejemplo, la primera televisión en Venezuela.
And finally, the book "Lives of the Sea" not only brings us information about maritime life in Venezuela, beaches, fishing and other fauna, but it also brings us anecdotes of people who exercise these professions, with very marked and new betrayals. It is a delight for those who really like this world of the sea, rivers and their diverse species.
Y finalmente el libro "vidas del mar" no solo nos trae informacion sobre la vida maritima en venezuela, playas, pesca y demas fauna sino que nos trae anécdotas de personas que ejercen estos oficios, con traiciones muy marcadas y nuevas, es todo un deleite para aquellos que les gusta mucho este mundo de el mar , ríos y sus diversas especies .
Something characteristic of these books is that they come with spaces to add thoughts and opinions that arise throughout the reading, even something that is indicated from the beginning in each one of these, making not only reading fun but also giving interaction for whoever is going through the adventures and writings. Likewise, these at the illustration level are quite striking since from a font that defines each point to be discussed to very beautiful photos and drawings that are colorful and stand out.
Algo característico de estos libros es que traen espacios para añadir los pensamientos y opiniones que se van dando a través de la lectura , incluso siendo algo que indican desde un principio en cada uno de estos haciendo no solo divertida la lectura sino que dándole también interacción para quien o quienes van atravesando las aventuras y escritos . Así mismo estos a nivel de ilustración está bastantes llamativos ya que desde un tipo de letra que define cada punto a tratar hasta unas fotos y dibujos muy lindos coloridos y que resaltan .
Personally, these are the types of books that help keep alive both the history and the customs and data that are lost over time. An example is the one that refers to plants since it allows us to have a small guide to the uses that perhaps are not so well known by everyone.
Personalmente estos son los tipos de libros que ayudan a mantener vivos tanto la historia como las costumbres y datos que se van perdiendo con el tiempo una muestra es el que se refiere a plantas ya que permite tener una pequeña guía de los usos que tal vez no están tan conocidos por todos .

Qué chévere esa colección de libros, no los conocía. Suena genial que sean tan variados y que traigan datos curiosos. Me llamó la atención el de "Oficios que hacen país", debe ser muy interesante ver cómo cada persona le da su toque a lo que hace. Si justamente el de plantas medicinales es muy útil , la verdad hay muchos libros de estos tipos que fueron dados a través de los años y poco a poco he ido coleccionando algunos , el de oficios sin duda es muy bueno , me alegra mucho
