Personally, I read few books of these trends. In truth, I read few new books, because my own economic limitations and those of book distribution in my country (Venezuela) do not make it easy. For some time now I have dedicated myself to read those books that I had not been able to at the time or to reread some authors that particularly interest me.

Reading is such a personal journey, and I completely understand your approach—there’s something special about revisiting authors we love or finally getting to books that have been on our list for a while.
I can imagine the challenges of accessing new books, but it’s amazing how much treasure lies in older works too.
