Why not? I read it's basically free so, is there a problem to apply to the national library? It would be great if you can get the ISBNS too

Yeah it kept having problems getting in.
And sometimes it shows 404
I checked the bahasa malay and it works. So, perhaps use the bahasa malay version rather than the English version.
Oh but mine was bahasa version. Just that it went to no content when i clicked to check which are the ones that are not eligible for ISBN
