In addition, becoming millionaire can be inborn, you know people don't reason the same and our sense of belongings differs, I also think become rich or secret of millionaires mind can be traced back to the performance of the individual, how he/she reacts in the environment give a big clue how of what is to expect of his/her.
I also understand that money can be create, now a days making take time to grow but if money is created honestly you would get a good shot at it.
Money can really changed man because once you are loaded with money, your reactions, attitude and the way you relate actually change, therefore, millionaire mind can be such that creates money and not to work.
If a man put his mind in serving (work) they will always be a limit to his level of income but ones that creates may suffer from the beginning but the end will be a thing of Joy.
