Whoa, that is really an old book, it's a good thing that your family were able to preserve it and now it still look good despite it's old look.
What caught my attention here was the caricatures, it super awesome too despite its black and while color. It's cool, especially hat lady, lol, I mean, she just get into accident and all she say is "Jesus!... Where is my new hat!?" Lik what the, HAHAHA. Thats so cute, lol.
Yeah, it still looks quite good. It is well-kept nowadays too :))
