The stories of Franz Kafka.Review.Los relatos de Franz Kafka.Reseña.[ENG-ESP]

Dear hivers from @hivebookclub, I hope to be welcomed back here today I bring you a compilation of Franz Kafka's short stories, made by the Cuban writer Ambrosio Fornet supported by his anthology of the same name.

I'm going to do this review in my own way, with my little experience but I need to feel comfortable.

I really consider Franz Kafka an extrovert of literature who implanted symbology at the time, since he found a meaning to everything, almost all his stories that was his own style portrayed him by his withdrawn personality.

We started by saying that he never wanted his works to be published by making him swear to Max Brod to burn all his writings and to prevent reprinting what had already been published.

Thanks to Max who reneged on his promise today we know the Kafkaesque work with its unique poetic form.

This work that I bring to your attention is as I told you by Ambrosio Fornet that it is a Prologue with a selection of the 1968 edition with his own name. It is a book of stories by Kafka, 11 stories in itself.

Franz Kafka was a twentieth-century Czech writer in the German language who brought the novelty and renewal of what would be European novels with a strong inclination to literature even against the will of his family.

He has even given us against his will his excellent work which served him with relief.

Within this selection of stories are:

_The sentence.

_ Before the law.

_ Worries of a head of household.

_ Eleven children.

_ In the penal colony.

_ An artist of hunger.

_ Josefina the singer or the people of the mice.

_ Of the construction of the Chinese Wall.

_ The helmsman.

_ An everyday confusion.

_ The Metamorphosis.

This last story that I mention to you, was the one that I liked the most and caught my attention because as its very name indicates my mind was changing from the first moment I started reading it, it was suffering a change from the hour on the dot, I suffered next to Gregorio, his main character.

Not very often it happens to me but this time I felt until I was inside an insect, I don't want to be absolute but I really felt that it was a cockroach, Gregorio Samsa who was the main character suffered the designs of being judged before a proven innocence, he was judged before a trial and who least he thought.

This is how any society judges without fear of making a mistake since centuries after centuries, the family that is the main nucleus of society, is discarding it because it is no longer useful to him, since it was his economic support, his parents are isolating themselves from him and they start to use their savings that was news to Gregorio, his sister whom he loved so much and who had promised himself to pay for all his studies, he was gradually abandoning it.

It recreates a corrupt society and as I always say work only cares about the job, when you don't serve for ×reason they take you aside with empty justifications and give you the worst grades that until that day you didn't know you had them.

I propose that this book and if you like the symbolic style of the author I invite you to read it, like Kafka there are many writers and those who are not also who vent with their works, many of us are going to feel identified in their works.

I found the way you related to the symbolism and depth of emotions in Kafka so much enjoyable. It was such a strong picture of what you said about feeling in the depths of Gregor agonized. I believe that is the beauty of Kafka he makes us see uncomfy reality about the society and ourselves. The personal touch and the relatable feeling was also presented by your bilingual review. I was able to feel your true appreciation of literature and the extent to which you attach importance to the message behind every story. Well written and filled with heart, liked this one a lot.

How much joy you made me feel, exactly I lived the misfortune of Gregorio, it's how society makes you feel, dirty, disgusting and disgusting with those judgments that make you believe that you are guilty of everything, unfortunately it's like that, thank you for your very gratifying comment. Greetings and have a nice weekend 😁
