Look at all the free content that websites like Pixabay.com provide. Why shouldn't HIVE have a growing library of Public Domain or Creative Commons content?
The answer? It absolutely should!
My approach when contributing to the community is to look back on my posts every week or so. I've no doubt added at least a few of my own images within those articles.
So I grab the pictures I like and write up a post such as this to share them. Posts don't need to be this long or highlight the community. Just choose Beyond Copyright as your leading tag.
If you like, share your content then label it as Public Domain or Creative Commons. State whether or not you desire attribution.
Posts that use free material from Beyond Copyright should at least attribute the community that provided the work. There will be more on Community Standards from @solar as it continues to grow.
