Also just notice, sold in 2022 for $1.5M.....I say this is going under water. No way it is selling at the listing prices.

I beg you guys don't try looking at the New York City market! It's not going to get any better. And in my destination neighborhoods in Brooklyn -- Bushwick and Williamsburg, the pricing is even worse than the mean. Convinced I will never own land outside of Praetoria.
