Hello from Cuba. I think it is that bad, especially in the case of Cuba and then Venezuela, to a lesser extent. The problem is that U.S. policy towards those countries impacts (for the bad) so much that you can't talk about the crisis without introducing that critical context. Thanks for your feedback here.
