Consistent returns
One of the things I love about Hive and I'm in full agreement, were it go to X (my sell point), I would still need to reroll a lot of it into something else that produces. Real estate is a good option, but I may lean more on a bigger chain's LPs and collect that way. Not sure. Maybe a B2B?
