Necessary materials :
- 1 pack of hunkwe jelly flour
Hunkwee flour is very suitable for making cake ingredients because this flour has a distinctive aroma that can make people have an appetite made from mung bean starch extract with good and clean manufacturing even though the flour is a little coarser than ordinary flour or tapioca flour but when mixed It's also thicker than regular flour
- 100 grams of pearl sago
Sago pearls are the result of tapioca flour which is made in small pieces with colorful colors that look beautiful as well as a cute shape with a little transparency so that it makes food more beautiful, in addition to complementary ingredients it can also be used as a food decoration
- 7 spoons of white sugar
Now I have prepared granulated sugar in the kitchen every day, even when it is reduced, I immediately go to the market to buy it so that I can cook until my needs are met, where granulated sugar has become a permanent need in our household.
- 800 ml of coconut milk (medium) not thick and not too runny
Coconut milk in mother's cooking is very necessary as a cake for her food, so coconut milk plays a very important role in this dish by preparing it as needed and don't save it because it spoils easily
- 3 ripe bananas
Chicken banana is a cooking ingredient that is very much needed besides being a snack, it turns out that chicken banana is very important in household cooking
- 3 pandan leaves
I always choose pandan leaves as a food fragrance, even in every dish I always try to have pandan leaves, but now I'm starting to have a little pandan leaves at home because I use them often so I have to go to my neighbors to buy what I need.
The steps in making a beautiful sweet sago pearl cake:
Peel the bananas and then cut the bananas according to individual tastes and cut them to your taste. Mine is a little smaller because the chicken bananas are sweet so don't make the dish too sweet

The first is to boil the pearl sago first with 800 ml of water for 45 minutes because the pearl sago has a texture that is difficult to cook, so it takes a little longer to boil it, based on my experience, people may be the same too
It is after waiting that the pearl sago is ripe
after the pearl sago is cooked then start cooking the hunkwe agar, first add the white granulated sugar and hunkwe agar-agar flour then stir in the white granulated sugar and hunkwe agar-agar flour until combined
after that, put 800 ml of coconut milk into the hunkwe agar-agar flour earlier then turn on the stove over medium-low heat, and don't forget to stir the agar-agar flour so that there are no lumps
then after that start to enter the sago pearls that have been boiled earlier, then stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed
After that, wait until the jelly thickens a little, then start decorating with molds
Put the banana pieces in the middle of the mold then put the pearl sago jelly into the mold
