Hello friends everyone hive lovers 🥰

come back with me this time I want to share a popular snack recipe in my area, namely fried food, in Indonesia fried food is one of the favorite foods of millions of people, not only adults who like fried food, even small children also like fried food

yup but this time I want to make vegetable bakwan, vegetable bakwan is one of my family's favorite fried foods, moreover my husband really likes vegetable bakwan, hmmm eaten with cayenne pepper it's really delicious friends

To make bakwan this time I only use instant bakwan seasoning, because in my opinion the taste is the same, here I don't use bakwan molds, because I want to make bakwan that is crisp and thin, if you use bakwan molds, the bakwan will be dense so it won't be crunchy again, but I like crispy textured bakwan

ingredients for making vegetable bakwan:

kol
wartel
daun bawang
daun seledri
tepung bakwan

how to make bakwan:

(1) first, prepare all the vegetables, feel free to use any vegetables, here I only use wartel and cabbage, thinly slice the wartel and cabbage then wash them clean

(2) after that take all-purpose flour and dissolve it with water, until the texture is slightly thickened, and after that add the vegetables that have been sliced earlier and stir until everything is evenly mixed

Here I don't use additional seasonings like salt, because the flour has been seasoned and in my opinion it tastes just right
