back again with me this time I want to share my husband's favorite snack, durian season has arrived when it's time to process it into delicious snacks, durian is one of Indonesia's tropical fruits, maybe there are some who don't like durian because of its very sharp smell, but durian is one of the most delicious fruits, namely durian, durian is also nicknamed the "king of fruits" but durian is also very delicious if eaten directly without any additions, but this time I made special durian sticky rice for my husband, because my husband really likes durian sticky rice
the ingredients needed to make sticky rice with durian sauce:
- Durians
- coconut milk
- granulated sugar
- white sticky rice
The steps for making sticky rice with durian sauce:
(1) first make the sticky rice first, I cook the sticky rice in a rice cooker to make it more practical, if friends want to steam it of course it will be very delicious again, but here I only use a rice cooker
(2) after that, take the durian flesh and crush it with a spoon until the flesh is smooth, and try not to make it too smooth so that there is a durian texture
(3) after mashed then add the coconut milk, before adding the coconut milk add sugar to taste then dissolve it into the coconut milk, here I cooked coconut milk but I forgot to take a picture and then pour the coconut milk earlier into the durian

and after that stir until everything is evenly mixed, and don't forget to correct the taste if it's right
(4) and then take the white sticky rice, then flush with the durian sauce earlier, and also add the whole durian as the topping, this taste is very tasty and sweet, if you are a durian lover friend I think you can try this recipe

Durian fruit is actually very processed, but the taste is still delicious because the durian itself is very delicious so that whatever is processed must be great

Ummm I wish I could have some. Here Durian is only frozen and very very expensive. I will have to make this with Mango.
