      We call it bambu muda bambu means bamboo and muda means young.

      For dish, we call it Gulai Bambu Muda 😊

        Muda means young, you too looks like muda. Did I correctly use the word? Hehehe

        Anyway, gulay is a Tagalog term for vegetable too.. still there is similarity. Thank you for your answer.

          It's really difficult to learn Filipino language because aside from our language, different cities also have different dialects that even us don't understand each other unless we will use the national language.
