These days, aside from being busy managing my shop, I also make time to create more recipes that could potentially be in out menu. One thing I’m eyeing to master is to make more salads. As a Vegan, salad is probably the well-known food I can eat but most of the time most places offer the most boring and tasteless salads which is very unappetizing. I am now developing salad that are filled with flavors, textures, colors, nutrients and beauty.
Sharing you this Tofu Asian Salad that I am very proud of. This salad have the following
Romaine Lettuce
Fried Tofu
Bean Sprouts
Cabbage
Carrots
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Peanuts
Sesame Seeds
Peanut Sesame Dressing
I use vegetables from the farmers market to make sure its organic and directly helping our local farmers. If you enjoy eating salad like I do, you should definitely give this a try.
