Greetings to all of you, I hope you are well and happy.

Remembering that the holidays will come, where everyone will celebrate the new year to welcome 2023, we will slowly leave this year with joy, it doesn't feel like the next 2 weeks, the year will change, just like our age will also change next year.

New Year, usually will be very long, where the holidays will come, very long holidays, moreover coupled with the Christmas holidays until the new year. My family's custom at New Year's, will visit each other, as a sign of familiarity and also establish friendship.

We do this habit, because this is a moment when almost all family members get a long leave, so we take advantage of the holiday to fill in things that rarely happen because of each other's busyness. How about you guys?

Bakwan Corn and Vegetables
The Recipe


To make Bakwan Corn and Vegetables, there are several ingredients that will be used, besides that, always follow step by step in making Bakwan Corn and Vegetables, use quality ingredients, Hivers!

Ingredients;

  • 150 gr of rice flour
  • 4 cloves onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Coriander powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt
  • 1 corn stick
  • 200 gr of cabbage
  • 100 gr carrots
  • 100-200 ml of water
  • The oil for frying

How to make corn and vegetable bakwan;

  • Mix rice flour, pepper powder, coriander powder and salt in 1 large bowl.

  • Grind shallots and garlic with 50-100 ml of water. Then, mix the ground spices into a bowl that has been filled with flour mixture.

  • Wash all the vegetables and corn, then finely slice, adjust the texture to what you want.

  • Add water if it's not enough, then heat the wokpan with oil.

  • When the oil is hot, add 1 tablespoon of the batter and fry until golden brown, remove and drain from the oil.

This is the first time I have seen such a recipe for corn, delicious and healthy.

Can't say it's healthy, because it's fried in oil, but it can be used as a delicious snack :)

Unfortunately the Bakwan can only last for 1 hour after being fried, after that the crunchy is gone :)
