Let's cook Cabbage and Carrot Vegetable Soup

Hi friends, it's been a long time since I greeted all my friends with my posts.

How are you today? This time I want to greet you with my cooking post. This time I cooked a simple, healthy menu for my family, very easy with the ingredients available.


To be honest, this is the first time I've been stuck while cooking, like I'm confused about what to do! 😭finally I only bought cabbage and carrots at the market today, so let's make a delicious and easy menu.

Soup Cabbage and Carrot

Materials needed:

  • Cabbage 200 grams
  • Carrots 1 1/2 pcs
  • celery leaves and spring onions
  • 1 pc garlic and 1 pc red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
  • 700 ml water

Cooking instructions:

  • Slice the shallots and garlic

  • ​​Then prepare a large frying pan with a little oil on low heat.

  • ​​after the oil is hot, saute the onions until fragrant. Then add water and cook until boiling

  • ​​Then peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. then wash with clean water.

  • ​​after the water boils, add the washed carrots.

  • ​​Then we can move on to the cabbage, peel the cabbage and cut into small squares, and wash with clean water.

  • ​​put the washed cabbage into the carrot dish. Then add salt, sugar and flavoring.

Finally, slice the celery leaves and spring onions and put them in the vegetable soup. then correct the taste.

Yes you're absolutely right sis.. because cabbage contains a lot of fiber.. so it can maintain digestion + can make you lose weight.. heheh😍

I use to made too cabbage and carrots soup especially during the cold season it's really good for health and cheap 😘

Yes that's right.. this soup is suitable for serving for winter.. a very cheap menu and can be easily found in markets and supermarkets 😆😆
