Greetings, beautiful vegan community 🤗
Today I'm bringing you a recipe I've loved since I tried it. I've always told you that when I really like something, it's always a pleasure to share it with all of you.
This bar recipe is very healthy; all its ingredients are very natural, allowing us to eat a sweet treat without feeling guilty.
I love this recipe because it has the crunchy texture of the oats and the soft sweetness of this strawberry jam. As you can imagine, this last one is homemade, and I always try to make it very low in sugar. You can use any jam you like best, whatever flavor you prefer, and you decide whether you want to use store-bought or homemade jam. In the end, you decide how sweet you want these bars.
I got this recipe from one of my favorite YouTube channels, PostresSaludables by Auxi, so all credit goes to her 😉
Now without further ado, I invite you to make these delicious bars together!
Ingredients:
- 240 grams of rolled oats.
- 100 grams of ground oats.
- 60 to 70 ml of plant-based milk (I used almond milk).
- 5 tablespoons of grated panela (you can use any sweetener you have on hand).
- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
- 6 tablespoons of strawberry jam (you can use more and any flavor you prefer, homemade or store-bought).
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Mold: 22 x 14 cm.
Let's get to the preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Then, in a bowl, add the rolled oats and oat flour.
Also add the grated panela and salt.
Now let's mix very well with our hands.
Then we add the Coconut Oil and the Plant Milk, which we will gradually incorporate.
Using our hands, we'll mix until the dough is sticky and lumpy.
Now we pour this mixture into the mold and set aside a little to place on the surface.
Next, we'll shape it using a slightly damp glass. We use this to press the dough until it's as even as possible.
Now it's time to add our jam. I'm a fan of Strawberry Jam, and it really works great, but feel free to use your favorite jam.
And now we throw on top of the oat mixture that we had reserved.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
20 minutes later, my recipe is ready! 😉 Let it cool before unmolding.
Then we cut it to our liking, this time I opted for a square shape.
All that's left is to enjoy! Yummmmm delicious, this recipe is a delight! When you're craving something sweet, these bars are perfect 😍
I hope you dare to make these bars. They're very easy to make, have few ingredients, and the best part is their flavor 👌
Thank you for your company and support. May the Creator bless you generously. 🙏

Saludos hermosa comunidad vegana 🤗
Ingredientes:
