I always have a pack of rice noodles on hand, although I also like regular wheat noodles. Rice noodles go down so nice and don't leave us feeling like we swallowed a rock haha. Why not bolognese some rice noodles right? After all it was the Chinese that invented noodles. Since the Italians stole the idea, we can compromise. The two worlds on one plate.😊
