En este plato encontrarás una combinación nutritiva, los frijoles son una excelente fuente de proteínas vegetales, fibra dietética y minerales, con las verduras añaden una gran variedad de vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes a la mezcla que nos brinda una carga de nutrientes esenciales para mantener una buena salud.


INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTES

-1/2 kilo of beans
-1/2 onion
-1/4 bell pepper
-1 tomato
-1 ripe plantain
-1 carrot
-4 cloves of garlic
-2 tablespoons of oil

To begin, and after preparing all the ingredients, in the pressure cooker we will put enough water and bring to the stove over medium heat, wash, cut and chop into small squares the carrot and add it, to accelerate its softening since it takes longer to cook.

Para comenzar, y luego de preparar todos los ingredientes, en la olla de presión vamos a colocar suficiente agua y llevamos a la hornilla a fuego medio, lavamos cortamos y picamos en cuadros pequeños la zanahoria y la agregamos, para acelerar se ablande ya que tarda más tiempo en cocinarse.


While the water is boiling, we are going to select the beans, remove all impurities, check and select them in a bowl, place them in a strainer and rinse them in abundant water.

Mientras hierve el agua vamos a escoger los frijoles, quitamos todas las impurezas, revisamos y seleccionamos en un recipiente, colocamos en un colador y enjuagamos en abundante agua.

Mientras los frijoles se cocinan, procedo a lavar muy bien y picar en la tabla, todas las verduras en cuadros pequeños: La papa, plátano maduro y calabaza, agregar las verduras a la olla de presión.



Cover the pressure cooker and chop the vegetables in small squares: tomato, paprika, onion and chili, and crush the garlic cloves.

Tapamos la olla de presión y vamos a picar los vegetales en cuadros pequeños: Tomate, pimentón, cebolla y ají, así mismo, machacamos los dientes de ajo.



We take to a frying pan over high heat, add a little oil, add all the vegetables, stir and integrate, until the sofrito is reduced, season with the powders: garlic, cumin, black pepper and salt, turn off and transfer to the pressure cooker with the beans.

Llevamos a un sartén a fuego alto, agregamos un poco de aceite, añadimos todos los vegetales, removemos e integramos, hasta que reduzca el sofrito, condimentamos con los polvos: Ajo, comino, pimienta negra y sal, apagamos y trasladamos a la olla de presión con los frijoles.



Once the beans are well cooked, the sofrito and the vegetables have contributed their flavor, remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let it cool down.

Una vez que los frijoles estén bien cocidos, el sofrito y las verduras hayan aportado su sabor, retiramos la olla de presión del fuego y dejamos se refresque.
