Saludos queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de #hive un cordial saludo Bienvenidos a mi post hoy tengo el agrado de compartir nuevamente por esta comunidad #hive vegano una rica y muy nutritiva Receta de un Pan de Avena y Lentejas,sin harina me,llamo mucho la atención fue la combinación de ingredientes saludables y lo fácil de preparar,El sabor es muy agradable una receta saludable que puedes acompañar con vegetales y te resuelve el desayuno o la cena.

Ingredientes

1 Taza de avena
1/2 Taza de lentejas
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o de su preferencia.
Al gusto sal,pimienta Y orégano.
1/2 Taza de agua tibia.


Paso a paso
*1 Paso

Convertimos la avena y la lenteja en harina en la licuadora.

*2 Paso

Colocamos ambas harinas en un bol,agregamos el aceite,oregano,sal y pimienta molida,Y vamos mezclando bien hasta lograr una consistencia suave y manejable.

*3 Paso

Amasamos todo bien y dejamos reposar 10 minutos.
Luego imprengnamos las manos de aceite y dividimos la masa en 4 o más partes, aplastamos no muy delgadas y le damos la forma a los panes como te guste .

Colocamos un sartén antiadherente a calentar le colocamos aceite y ponemos a cocinar nuestros panes,dejándolos dorar por ambos lados .

Ingredients

1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup lentils
2 tablespoons of olive oil or your preference.
To taste salt, pepper and oregano.
1/2 cup of warm water.


Step by step
*1 Step

We turn the oats and lentils into flour in the blender.

*2 Step

We place both flours in a bowl,add the oil,oregano,salt and ground pepper,And we will mix well until a smooth and manageable consistency.

Knead everything well and let stand 10 minutes.
Then we impregnate our hands with oil and divide the dough into 4 or more parts, flatten not too thin and shape the loaves as you like.

This is a nice vegan recipe, never tho of using lentils to make bread. I'm sure it tastes magnificent.
