| Greetings, dear friends of Plant Power (Vegan), today I say present again to participate in week # 2 of the little vegan challenge called Your Veggie Shopping. Today is Sunday and we went again to stock the pantry of the house, this time we bought some products that we always buy and others that we needed to make daily the delicious recipes that I present to you in this community. | Saludos mis queridos amigos de Plant Power (Vegan), hoy digo presente nuevamente para participar en la semana # 2 del pequeño reto vegano denominado Tu Veggie Shopping. Hoy es domingo y fuimos nuevamente a surtir la despensa de la casa, en esta oportunidad compramos unos productos que siempre compramos y otros que nos hacían falta para realizar a diario las deliciosas recetas que les presento en esta comunidad. |
| For this week we go again to Unicasa for the freshness it offers us and the low prices on the products. Today dawned rainy, and for this reason he was able to go a little earlier than usual. As is customary today we buy some fruits, vegetables, vegetables, wheat flour. All these products are to cover the demand at home for the week and thus continue with our balanced diet. To my surprise today we found broccoli and the best thing is that they do not sell it with all the rind which is very heavy, I also saw some beautiful orange peppers and also for the first time I saw some very fresh cobs in the establishment and do not hesitate to buy them ; you can also see some red apples and avocados. | Para esta semana nos dirijimos nuevamente a Unicasa por la frescura que nos ofrece y los precios bajos en los productos. El día de hoy amaneció lluvioso, y por esta razón decidimos ir un poco mas temprano de lo habitual. Como es costumbre compramos el día de hoy, algunas frutas, verduras, hortalizas, harinas de trigo. Todos estos productos son para cubrir la demanda en casa de la semana y así seguir con nuestra dieta balanceada. Para mi sorpresa el día de hoy encontramos brócoli y lo mejor es que no lo venden con toda la corteza que es muy pesada, además vi unos bellos pimentones naranjas y también por primera vez vi en el establecimiento unas mazorcas bien frescas y no dude en comprarlas; también pueden observar unas manzanas rojas y aguacates. |
| On this occasion we again bought potatoes, tomatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes (I had to choose them very well because they were somewhat mistreated), green peppers, celery, wheat flour, the products that we acquired new this week were tangerines (these were at a good price), bananas to make some preparations, purple onions, yucca, Creole lettuce and the oil was cheap and we also bought one. This time we don't buy grains because we still have them at home. | En esta oportunidad compramos nuevamente papas, tomates, auyama, batatas (tuve que escogerlas muy bien porque estaban algo maltratadas), pimentones verdes, celery, harinas de trigo, los productos que adquirimos nuevos esta semana fueron mandarinas (éstas estaban a buen precio), cambures para hacer algunas preparaciones, cebollas moradas, yuca, lechuga criolla y el aceite estaba económico y también adquirimos uno. Esta vez no compramos granos porque aun tenemos en casa. |
| The truth is that every time I go to this supermarket I would like to buy many products because of their bright colors, which for me are synonymous with freshness. It is always a pleasure to return to this establishment. | La verdad es que cada vez que voy a este supermercado quisiera comprar muchos productos por sus colores tan brillantes que para mi son sinónimo de frescura. Siempre es de mi agrado volver a este establecimiento. |
