Let me introduce you to a delicious banana flower and lentil cutlet. An often overlooked part of the banana plant, the banana flower is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Lentils, on the other hand, are known for their high protein content, making this dish perfect for vegetarians. So, let's see how to prepare this delicious recipe.

Required Ingredients....

🍀 About a cup of very thinly sliced ​​banana flowers.
🍀 1/2 cup of lentils.
🍀 1/3 cup of Corn flour.
🍀 A very thinly sliced ​​onion.
🍀 Finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 Two very finely chopped green chillies.
🍀 4 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt powder as needed.
🍀 coconut oil 250ml.

Method of making....

First, put the lentils in a bowl, add water and let them soak for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the banana flower thinly to the size of a cup. Add some salt water and turmeric to it and leave it for about 5 minutes.

Then take the drained lentils and grind them finely with the help of a blender.

Then remove the water from the finely cut hair flowers and squeeze them well and put them in a cup. Next, add the blended lentils, chopped onions, curry leaves, chilli powder, raw chillies and salt to the required amount and mix well.

Then add corn flour to it and mix well. Next, roll it and make it into small balls.

Then put a pot on the stove and add coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add it and fry until golden.
