Required Ingredients...
🍀 Okra 100g.
🍀 Cucumber 100g.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A thinly sliced tomato.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
Method of making.
First, steam the okra using a rice cooker for 5 to 6 minutes.
Then cut the boiled okra and onion, cucumber tomato into desired shape.
Then take a separate cup and add chopped onion, tomato, salt and pepper to it and mix well.
Then add okra and cucumber to it and add few drops of lime to it and mix well.
Although this is a simple vegetable salad, it can be served on festive occasions due to its beauty and taste. If desired, you can add some pineapple chunks to enhance the flavor. It's a salad that vegetarians can enjoy, and tomatoes bring sweetness while cucumber adds a refreshing taste. It can be used as a side dish for lunch or dinner. Try it yourself.
