Required Ingredients....

🍀 Chickpea flour 20g.
🍀 2 Eggplant.
🍀 coconut oil 250ml..
🍀 1 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
🍀 Some water.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 A piece of ginger.
🍀 3 or 4 Pieces of garlic.

Method of making......

Begin by washing the eggplants thoroughly, then proceed to slice them into uniform pieces.

Then take a blender and add garlic and ginger to it and blend it well.

Then add chickpea flour, coconut oil about 2 tablespoons, corn flour, chili powder, pepper powder, salt and prepare a mixture.

Then take a vessel and add coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. After the oil is hot, spread the eggplant slices in the chickpea flour mixture and fry until golden.
