πŸ€ A carrot.
πŸ€ A few leaves of leeks.
πŸ€ Curry leaves.
πŸ€ 3 dry chili pods.
πŸ€ 3 green chili pods.
πŸ€ 3 cloves garlic.
πŸ€ 1 onion.
πŸ€ 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
πŸ€ 1 Cup of coconut milk.
πŸ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
πŸ€ 1 teaspoon chili powder.
πŸ€ 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.
πŸ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of fenugreek seed.
πŸ€ Salt as needed.

Method of making....

First, boil the pasta well until it becomes soft and perfectly cooked.

Next, finely chop the carrots, leeks, onions, green chilies, and garlic.

Next, place a cooking pan on the stove and add two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped onions, garlic, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, pandan leaves, and pieces of dried red chili, and sautΓ© them lightly until fragrant.

Next, add the chopped green chilies, carrots, turmeric powder, chili powder, curry powder, and salt to the pan. Mix everything well so that the spices coat the vegetables evenly and release their aroma.
