Feliz y bendecido fin de semana, me alegra compartir nuevamente con ustedes, hoy les comparto una receta de una crema de acelgas con zanahoria esta crema es muy fácil de preparar y está llena de nutrientes y es ideal como entrada a un plato principal aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

  • 200 gramos de acelgas
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1 tallo de ajoporro
  • 1/4 cucharadita de paprika
  • 1 pizca de comino
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Cilantro
  • 200 grams of chard
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Para preparar esta crema lo primero que haremos es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a usar y cortamos en cuadros medianos la cebolla y el ajo porro pelamos y cortamos en cubos la zanahoria y la papa, las acelgas separamos la parte blanca y troceamos las hojas y por último picamos finamente el ajo.

En una olla colocamos un chorrito de aceite y ponemos el ajo removemos seguido le agregamos la cebolla al marchitar la cebolla le colocamos el ajoporro removemos, luego le añadimos la zanahoria salteamos por 2 minutos le agregamos la papa removemos, le ponemos un poquito de sal y cocinamos a fuego bajo por 3 minutos.

Le colocamos las acelgas mezclamos le añadimos sal, pimienta, comino y páprika salteamos por 3 minutos.

Add the chard, mix, add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika and sauté for 3 minutes.

Le colocamos 1 litro de agua cocinamos a fuego medio, al ablandar la papa y la zanahoria le agregamos el cilantro cocinamos por 2 minutos y retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar.

Colocamos en una licuadora y las acelgas junto con el caldo con la ayuda de un cucharón y procedemos a licuar hasta que se integre bien los ingredientes.
