I was in my office when I get a call from my house help that my mother in-law came to the house and she is not feeling too strong. So I rush home to meet her then take her to our family hospital, when take doctor finish taking care of her and prescribe her medicine for us so I take her home. Then we are coming back, we pass through a market place and she told me to buy some foodstuffs and cook a native soup for her.
INGREDIENTS USED
π² Some pieces of uzizi leaves
π² One teaspoon of salt for taste
π² Five pieces of fresh pepper πΆοΈ
π² One plate of ukazi leaves
π² Six tablespoons of red oil
π² Half cup of soup thicker
π² Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will be showing you guys how I made this soup π²
First I wash my pot add water into it then cook and allow it to boil
Then I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing them and bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper then set them aside
Here the water has boiled so I add my red oil into it cover the pot and allow to cook for awhile
After some minutes I add my soup thicker and mix then cover also and allow to cook
Then after that my thicker has hold my soup so I add my pounded pepper and salt for taste then mix
After some minutes I checked it and add my cutted uzizi leaves mix and also add my size ukazi leaves and mix very thing together allow for some minutes
Here my soup is ready just only looking at face of this soup π², you will know that the taste is so delicious π
My mother in-law was very happy because the soup was very sweet and yummy π
