Banana and cinnamon cake 🍌.

Hello Hive community 🩷 Happy start of the week. I hope you are having a blessed week. Here I bring you the recipe I made over the weekend with Santiago, it was quite a challenge, Santi wanted to eat the cambures.

He is a cambur eater, if he sees them he attacks them! And from this recipe he attacked quite a lot of camburs 🥺.

So this cake is a winner ✨ point.

💛Ingredients.

4 banana camburs
200g wheat flour
50g corn starch
20g Cinnamon powder
20g Powdered sugar

💛 Utensils
1 knife
2 spoons
1 wooden board
2 bowls
1 baking pan
1 fork

💛 Time
1 hour preparation time

💛Preparation
Mix the wheat flour previously sifted with the corn starch.

Of the 4 camburs, you are going to grind 3 and one you are going to chop into slices.

Then you are going to incorporate the flour and starch mixture with the crushed camburs. Mix until well incorporated.

Keep adding the flour until the dough is compact and you can make small balls.

Separately mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon powder, mix gently because the powder flies very fast.

Add a little oil to the mold where you will make the cake, so it will not stick.

Roll more cambur balls in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and put them in the mold one by one.

After the first layer of balls, put slices of cambur and then another layer of balls until the dough is used up.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 120°C and bake the cake for 30 to 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve with a topping of cinnamon and oatmeal.

Hola comunidad de Hive 🩷 Feliz inicio de semana. Espero que tengan una bendecida semana. Aquí les traigo la receta que hice el fin de semana con Santiago, fue todo un reto, Santi se quería comer los cambures.

El es un comedor de cambur, si los ve los ataca! Y de esta receta atacó bastante cambures 🥺

Así que está torta es un punto ganador ✨

💛Ingredientes

4 cambures bananos
200g harina de trigo
50g almidón de maíz
20g Canela en polvo
20g Azúcar pulverizada

💛 Utensilios
1 Cuchillo
2 cucharas
1 tabla de madera
2 bol
1 molde para hornear
1 tenedor

💛 Tiempo
1 hora de preparación

💛Preparación
Mezcla la harina de trigo previamente tamizada con el almidón de maiz.

De los 4 cambures, vas a triturar 3 y uno lo vas a picar en rebanadas

Luego vas a ir incorporando la mezcla de harina y almidón con los cambures triturados. Mezcla hasta que se incorpore bien.

Sigue añadiendo la harina hasta que la masa esté compacta que puedas hacer bolitas

Aparte mezcla el azúcar pulverizada con la canela en polvo, mezcla de forma suave porque el polvo vuela muy rápido.

Añade un poco de aceite al molde donde harás la torta, así no se pegará

Pasa más bolitas de cambur por la mezcla de canela y azúcar y ponlas en el molde una a una.

Luego de la primera capa de bolitas, pon rodajas de cambur y luego otra capa de bolitas hasta que se agote la masa.

Precalienta el horno por 10min a 120°C e introduce la torta por 30min a 45 min

Retira del horno y sirve acompañado de un topping de canela y avena
