I love your recipe. The truth is that here in Venezuela I haven't seen tofu sold, but I'm sure I can find it somewhere. This will be one of my next life projects haha. Besides learning how to make and use the Aquafaba myself. Your dish made me hungry, I love somewhat spicy food, at home we all, including my made teenager eat spicy. Even your repair looks beautiful.
