Make delicious stomach ulcer medicine with Sago Pearl Tapioca Candil Porridge

in Plant Power (Vegan)7 months ago

I don't yet know scientifically how taioka flour works to treat stomach ulcers, medically or scientifically I am very poor with that knowledge, but food made from tapioca flour and sago flour is very effective for treating stomach ulcers, in any form of cooking except those Tasting spicy and sour, tapioca flour is successful in bringing healing to ulcer sufferers if consumed regularly for at least 7 days in a row. Processing tapioca flour into a dish is not difficult and the resulting taste is also very delicious, you no longer need to taste the bitterness of herbal concoctions and the bitterness of doctor's medicine. If you consume tapioca flour, your stomach ache can also be cured and this is certain. I will prove it myself. However, I am sure that each country has its own way of treating ulcers traditionally.

And I will not be stingy with knowledge from all of you, now I will share the tapioca candil porridge recipe with you:

  1. 250 grams of tapioca flour
  2. 100 grams of Pearl sago
  3. 200 ML coconut milk (doesn't need to be too thick)
  4. 100 grams of palm sugar
  5. 1 glass of water

How to make :

1. Soak pearl sago in hot water until it expands

2. Mix the water slowly into the tapioca flour which has been placed in the container of course

3. Once the tapioca flour mixture is smooth and can be shaped, shape the tapioca flour mixture into small balls by taking the mixture little by little, and do this repeatedly until all the tapioca flour mixture is used up.

4. After that, boil the water to boil the tapioca flour dots. The method is that after the water boils, the tapioca flour dots, which are called candil, are boiled until the dots float to the surface. After the dots rise to the surface, they mean The mixture is cooked and can be drained.

5. Cook the coconut milk over medium heat then add the palm sugar. Stir so that the coconut milk doesn't break

6. After that, add the sago pearls which you have previously soaked

7. After that, add the cooked candil.

8. Taioka candil porridge with Pearl sago is ready to eat.

In making this Pearl sago candil porridge, you don't need to use thick coconut milk, because it will actually make your stomach feel uncomfortable if you are having stomach ulcers when you eat it, but if we make it for snacks and our body is in a healthy condition, then thick coconut milk makes this candil porridge more delicious and tastes fatter. So don't start the recipe wrong. However, hopefully you don't have a history of stomach ulcers like me. Keep taking care of your health, HIVE friends.
Greetings from me Maytom from Indonesia.
