Hello, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, living a healthy and beautiful life, by the prayers of all of you I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah,Today I bring you an amazing tutorial on how to cook potatoes with Dhengiya Shaak, or Bou Shaak.I hope you all like this wonderful pickled vegetable.I'm posting for the second time today in the #PlantPowerVegan community though.You all will enjoy the quality of this wonderful food and the unparalleled taste of cooking.Vegetables always give us vitality.You can add one of the most popular dhengiya vegetables to your amazing cooking list.These vegetables are sold in small markets.Here I am sharing the scientific name of diplazium esculentum.Let's start today's wonderful cooking.

Diplazium esculentum is a common plant species in the family.This species of vegetable is very productive in different areas of our city.It is a vegetable fern that we always like to eat in combination with different vegetables.These greens are generally rich in selenium, sugars, fats and proteins,along with vitamin A,C,sodium, potassium, calcium,etc. These usually range from curing cancer to preventing liver infections from colds and coughs.Also,this medicine is made from the root of the female plant of this herb.Especially effective in treating breast pain in women. It also refreshes the respiratory system and has an important role in curing the entire cough.Various painful fevers including jaundice are effective.Due to its high level of phosphorus,it plays a role in curing rickets.It also relieves hunger pangs.This flavor should be eaten especially well boiled. However,any fern that looks like a fern should not be eaten as a vegetable.There are many species of these that are poisonous,People with poor eyesight can go down. Other species of this species may suffer from such problems.So it is better to eat and understand.
Necessary measures:-
- Onion 5/6
- Chilli 8/10
- Salt to taste
- 1 large garlic clove
- Turmeric in quantity
- Gura masala in quantity
- Cinnamon
- Oil 80 gms
- Potatoes 200 grams
- Diplazium esculentum 700 grams
- Cumin

First I cut the stems with a knife with all the necessary tools.Discard the thick and tough parts.Then I washed the greens three times with clean water.Add water and salt to the pan.

Here I have cooked the vegetables and mixed them well with water.Showed a selfie.After the vegetables are cooked well, drain the water and keep it on the lid.

Here I have freshly roasted curry along with green chillies. After roasting the green chillies I added 80 oil. Here I added onion and garlic ingredients.
Here I have added all the required ingredients including salt,turmeric and cinnamon.I have shown a selfie with it.
Here I have fried potatoes and mixed the potatoes well with the ingredients.
Here I have served the boiled vegetables. Also combined with all the ingredients.
Here I mix everything well and keep it covered for 10 minutes. After opening the lid we will see that the fried rice is cooked with a wonderful combination of greens and light.
This is final making process
Finally we have completed our cooking step by cooking Diplazium esculentum and potato combination.All the necessary ingredients helped me in this cooking.Cooking these vegetables is always beneficial for our health. All of you can cook this wonderful vegetable by remembering these steps.I am very happy and motivated to present all the feelings to you in a wonderful way.
