I'm not vegan, more a vegetarian because I believe eating vegan is not "eat vegetables" but being able to match your nutritional needs, and I'm just getting there with more and more vegetables options; and because of my family, I still have to cook meat some times, but I love having a plant based diet, it's lighter, keep me awake, with meat and carbs dominating the dish I feel sleepy.
