Greetings to this wounderful and Amazing Community!!!How are you all doing,I hope you are are good in your various Destinations.I welcome you all to my blog today.

I brought a New Receipe today On the Vegan Table,
My Father In-Law Always likes to take swallow in the Afternoon instead of night and today he complained of making his Afternoon Food with Vegetables Soup cooked with Okro and oil bean and served with potatoes poundo which after making the dish,he loved and enjoy his meal very much and I made this food with camp gas outside my kitchen .

INGREDIENTS USED

🌳Seven pieces of potatoes 🥔
🌳Half plate of oil bean
🌳Half plate of Red oil
🌳One plate of Okro seeds
🌳One bulb of onions
🌳Six pieces of Fresh pepper
🌳One tablespoon of Salt
🌳Few pieces of vegetable
🌳Water

PROCEDURE USED

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty Receipe which my father inlaw enjoyed so much.

Firstly I washed my ingridients both okro,onions,and fresh -pepper,pounded my fresh pepper and then peeled my potatoes 🥔 and washed it throughly and then chopped my okro and onions and set aside.

Then I added a little salt to my vegetable to help me remove all sorts and sand ,then I washed it throughly and slice it,and then put my pot on my cooking gas.

I now prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

And I now allowed my pot to dry,I now pour in my red oil,added my chopped onions,my okro and fresh pepper both with salt and stired very well.

After stiring for a while,I added my oil beans and stired again and then pour a little drop of water inside my pot and allow it to stem a little,After a while of stemming,I added my sliced vegetables and stir once more.

After a second of cooking my soup,My Amazing Nigerian Native soup was ready .

I now pour a little water inside my other pot and added my peeled potatoes and allow it to cook for a while.

After cooking for a while,I seived it out and pour it inside my mortar and starts pounding it till it was normally pounded without no seeds and I bring out my Black small nylon and moulded it in a circle form and then place it in another nylon.

I now start mashing it with my bottle till it was properly mashed,and after a while my potatoes poundo was ready.i decided to serve it with two designs.

I now dished it out for my father in-law to eat and enjoy himself which he did and love this Receipe very much.
