My vegan dinner: vinaigrette potatoes with cucumber, onion and tomato salad

Today I come back to this community to share with you what was my vegan dinner today, Sunday: I prepared a very healthy dinner rich in protein and vitamins that provides energy to our human body, potatoes with vinaigrette sprinkled with parsley and a delicious salad of cucumber, white onion and tomatoes.
