I hope the snow is melting for you soon. I am not so keen on lentils usually, but this looks very appetising!

Lentils aren't for everyone but they didn't really taste like lentils. The red ones take on the flavors you give it. I felt almost like I was eating a crab cake, although I haven't had one in years.

Our winters go on forever. In often snows in April here. Not impressed that's for sure haha.
