Hello everyone, how are you all doing today I hope you all are doing wonderfully well.
I welcome you all into my blog and to share my wonderful recipe with everyone here, is breadfruit season and I made my breadfruit the way my mother use to prepare it in the village with the breadfruit cover very natural and healthy.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of breadfruit
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/2 cup of red oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first my breadfruit thoroughly because it contains lots of dirty after washing I will now put into my pot add water and cook.
I will now wait for my breadfruit to get done.
While waiting for my breadfruit to get done I will wash and slice my onions put them into my molter and pound I will also add my pepper.
I will now check my breadfruit once is done I will now add my well cooked breadfruit into my molter and pound too.
I will now add salt, red oil and pound very well.
Here my breadfruit is very pound.
Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch and very natural.
