This is how the bambara nut looks like.
So one of my neighbor who is from ENUGU gifted me with grounded bambara nut and I have to make something good with it
Let's know the ingredients for used in cooking bambara nut.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of bambara nuts
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
5 piece of fresh pepper
5 stems of Scent leaf
1/2 cup of red oil
Water.
Let's proceed
Step 1
I will put my bambara nut in a clean bowl add water and mix.
Step 2
I will also add salt and red oil and mix them together.
Step 3
I will wash and slice my onions and fresh pepper and add and stir them together.
Step 4
I will now wash and slice my scent leaf and add.
Step 5
I will now put my well mixed bambara nut into nylon.
I will now put water in a clean pot and then put my tie bambara nut into the pot and cook. I will cook for some minutes by then my bambara nut is now thick I will now bring it down.
Here my bambara nut is ready.
