Soft Pumpkin Cookies with ChocoChip and Aren Sugar Combination

What if pumpkin is combined into soft cookies that have a touch of chocolate flavor with a blend of palm sugar in it? You will definitely feel an extraordinary sensation that you have never tried before!.




Starting with the idea of turning pumpkin into soft cookies some time ago, I found a recipe that looked really delicious. That is pumkin soft cookies with choco chips in it, it looks ordinary but believe me this has a taste that I never imagined before.

Pumpkin has a very soft texture so that processed into anything will definitely be very tasty. Including making ordinary cookies, pumpkin is very good. Previously, I had very often made pumpkin preparations at home, be it bread, sponge cake or even cookies. Now different from the previous cookies, I made this pumpkin cake softer, of course with several different ingredients and types of cookies with different results.

Ingredients Used

75 grams margarine
30 grams steamed pumpkin
40 grams palm sugar
10 gram granulated sugar
140 gram wheat flour
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon soda
50 grams chocochips




Preparation Steps


Step 1


I crush the boiled pumpkin with a fork until smooth or for faster use a chopper.

Step 2


Then melt the margarine until liquid and let it cool first.

Step 3


If all the ingredients are ready mix the pumpkin that has been mashed with powdered palm sugar, then add powdered sugar stir everything until evenly distributed.

Step 4


Add melted margarine then stir again and add flour while stirring.

Step 5


Add baking powder and also soda powder stir again until evenly mixed.

Step 6


Finally add salt and also chocochips stir again.

Step 7


Round the dough, then arrange it in the pan and I press with a fork so that the dough is a little thin, pangang on top of the bottom 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

The soft savory texture with the combination of the taste of palm sugar combined with chocochips is all very perfect, there is a taste of chocolate when biting into the choco chip so that everything feels so perfect. Plus the pumpkin makes these cookies perfectly soft and flavorful. I'm so glad my second batch of pumpkin cookies was so good that I finished it in a flash with my parents. They quite liked it with just the right amount of sweetness to suit our taste buds. For those of you who like it sweeter, add more sugar according to your taste.
