Vegan lovers, this time I will invite you to prepare one of the delicious healthy snacks from cassava. Baked will definitely make you fall in love with it. I deliberately cooked this dish in the oven because I really wanted food without frying today. I was also curious about how cassava stirred with spices would taste when baked. I'm sure you also must not have found this before, right? This idea came up when my cough today started to come, I don't know why suddenly the cold and cough hit. So in anticipation of dishes that should be fried I took the initiative to bake.
Of course the taste is different, and I make sure the grilled version is stronger in aroma and will make you hungry during the grilling process. Well one more thing you will definitely love inj dish when you eat it warm. Here's the step by step preparation!
Ingredients
100 grams grated coconut
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 spring onion
1 celeryleaf
3 red chilies
6 clovesshallots
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Cooking Procedure
Chop a few ingredients into small pieces, do the chili, garlic and shallots, add salt
Then grind the spices with a pestle or chopper.
After all the spices are mashed add the cassava stir until evenly distributed then add with grated coconut.
Stir again, then add coriander powder and also ground pepper.
If everything is mixed add celery pieces and also green onions stir until well mixed.
Then form a flat round dough then do it until finished. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. Don't forget to add a little margarine on the surface of the cassava so that the texture is not hard.
The Results
spicy roasted cassava are ready to be served, serve while warm when relaxing at home. You can also serve with your favorite sauce such as chili sauce or tomato sauce. Make sure you also add chili powder on top or whatever you like I'm sure it will be more delicious. Now because I eat original like this, it's very good, I immediately enjoy it.
So for those of you who are used to enjoying grilled snacks, try this. Or those of you who have a lot of cassava try this dish I'm sure you will like it.

These are one of my favorite preparations, lots of seasoning along with a dough and straight to the oven or pan. The grated coconut surely gave it a much more interesting flavor. Delicious!
Very savory combined with grated coconut, I really like the texture!
