1½ cooking spoon oil

80g of pepper

15g of uziza leaf

20cl of water

  My preparations

First of all I prepared my ingredients for the soup before I started cooking the soup.
I washed my okaro, pepper, onions and uziza leave thoroughly.

I started to slice the okra to my desired choice. After slicing my okro I sliced my onion, uziza leave then I pounded my pepper with my moter

After I finish slicing my okro I set my pot on fire then I added my red oil I allowed the red oil to heat for like 2 minutes then I added my onions , peppers and okro then I mixed very well.

For about 3 minutes I added my ugba and mixed it very well then I added my salt , water amy uziza leave and allow it for 2 minutes and the soup is ready guys.)
