Hello everyone, today I want to share a super easy recipe that takes only two ingredients, sugar and peppers, its preparation is quick and the flavor is unmatched. A red pepper jam can be made for a special occasion, and present a very appreciated and preferred snack

Since there were plenty of red bell peppers at home, I proceeded to prepare this delicacy to pamper the palate of everyone at home.

Take two large red bell peppers, remove the core and seeds, cut them into large squares, and take them to the food processor.

Then remove the contents of the food processor and place it in a saucepan, add 1 cup of sugar, and put it on the fire for 15 minutes. "Very Important, do not add water".

After removing it from the fire and still very hot, place it in a glass jar, previously sterilized, and cover it.

Once the jar is opened, it should be refrigerated.

Red Paprika has a strong and characteristic flavor, when sweetened and candied in a jam, its character is refined and enhanced, so it can perfectly accompany other fruits, bread, or crackers if it is your choice.

My wife and my POCO X3 smartphone took the photos, and I edited them in the Canva app.

Thanks for sharing this recipe, this is my first time of seeing something of such

I hope using a blender will give same result cos I don't av a food processor? I'd like to try it out

I think that if it can be the same, you should not liquefy it for too long, so that it does not remain liquid. You can also cut it very finely by hand, but it is more laborious.
Thanks for your comment and visit, I know that when you try it, you will love it.
