You will need:
● 180 g. plain firm tofu
● 150 g. seitan flour (wheat gluten)
● 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes
● 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
● 1 tablespoon of olive oil
● 1 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika powder
● 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
● 1 teaspoon of onion powder
● 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper
● 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
● 100 ml. of water together with half a cube of vegetable broth

Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Crumble the tofu by hand into the bowl where you will grind it with the grater.
3.Add all the other ingredients (except the seitan) to the bowl with the tofu and grind with a hand or other grater until almost smooth.

4.Add the seitan flour to this mixture and knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and slightly elastic.

5.Shape the dough into a ham or sausage shape and wrap it tightly in foil, pressing gently to keep it in shape.

6.Place the foil-wrapped ham on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 50 minutes, turning over every 15-20 minutes.

7.After baking, leave to cool completely before unwrapping from the foil.
