It's very interesting your experience traveling across Europe as a vegan. It's not always easy; in other countries, you might even be seen as a weirdo if you say you're vegan, and sometimes some people don't even know what you're talking about...
What you say is true; sometimes traditional food is vegan, even if the locals don't know it, and it tastes even better than a dish declared vegan.
It would be great if, beyond sharing your links in your posts, you included more photos of what you're talking about.
On the other hand, it would be great to see you, to see your face, for the vegan Hive family to get to know you. That's why, in our community rules, we ask new users to appear in at least three photos of each post, either making the recipes or presenting their reviews and sharing their experiences.
